About Our ClientMichael Page have partnered with a specialist supplier and service provider to the Maritime & Defence Industries of Australia. Our client works across ship and boat building, commercial fishing, work boats, Oil & Gas industry, Search & Rescue, Passenger Ferry Operator and Merchant Shipping.The Corporate Headquarters are located in Henderson, Western Australia, in the Australian Maritime Complex, the heart of the Australian Ship and Boat Building Industry and the logistics centre for the NW Oil & Gas industry.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities for this role are:Coordinate the mobilisation of vessels, personnel, and equipment, managing logistics, schedules, and documentation.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service requirements, repairs, and maintenance are efficiently scheduled and executed.Allocate resources, including technicians, tools, and materials, to meet service demands while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Track and monitor the progress of service projects, addressing any issues to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.Manage service orders, documentation, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Maintain clear communication with clients regarding service updates and progress.Support senior management in project planning, resource allocation, and process improvements.Keep accurate records of all service and mobilisation activities for reporting and analysis.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following attributes:Proven experience in service coordination, mobilisation, or a similar role within the marine or heavy industry sectors.Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in the use of project management and scheduling software.Knowledge of marine industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices is an advantage.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Familiarity with GMD and AIS survey's.A commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.What's on OfferWhat's on offer for you?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a respected organisation.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Be part of an innovative company at the forefront of the marine services industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
