The Service and Logistics Coordinator is a Darwin-based role and will be primarily responsible for facilitating the servicing, internal communication and coordination surrounding requests and orders between all the parties involved (e.g. stores, workshop, suppliers, pearl room).
Key responsibilities include: Liaise with Paspaley retail store advisors, Paspaley workshop and external suppliers. Daily review and process incoming and outgoing special orders of repairs, modifications and bespoke jewellery items.Accurately and timely process; local and international purchase order forms, and payable invoices; Paspaley retail store requestsCo-ordinate national and international logistics, transfers and stock movements. Manage an inventory of pearls, jewellery and components.The person we seek will be required to work accurately, to be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have, ideally, 2 years' experience in service and office administration. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
In working with people, within and external to the organisation, in multiple regions, and cultures, the applicant needs to be a strong team player with strengths in efficient and effective communication. In this high-paced and demanding position the applicant will be required to manage shifting priorities and meet multiple deadlines.
