We're looking for a driven, industry-savvy professional to lead a team of technicians and strengthen client relationships, fostering growth and excellence in service delivery.ResponsibilitiesAs the Service and Aftermarket Manager, you will be responsible for driving services and achieving aftermarket business growth, leading a team of technicians, building strong client relationships, and maintaining standards and operational efficiency.Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing and new clients, creating service quotes and negotiating profitable contracts that drive mutual success.Manage client inquiries, to keep a steady, revenue-focused pipeline that aligns with company growth goals.Oversee scheduling and coordination of all service work to ensure it's executed on time, at the highest quality, and with the client's satisfaction in mind.Maintain inventory levels and manage timely procurement through the ERP system.Inspire and lead the Services team, fostering a culture of teamwork, mentorship, and high performance.Support technicians in upholding documentation and client interaction standards that reflect the company's excellence.Monitor service performance metrics, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.Ensure all operations align with environmental regulations and company policies, reinforcing commitment to compliance.RequirementsProven ability in leveraging a well-established customer network and building new business opportunities from the ground up.Solid experience in service, maintenance, and aftermarket management, with a strong foundation in delivering results.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective client and team interactions.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Proven customer service and negotiation expertise with a client-focused approach.Background in service, maintenance, or aftermarket management, ideally with clean air technology systems or similar.Strong skills in managing schedules, teams, and client relationships with a solutions-focused mindset.Be empowered to lead in an environment that values your expertise and rewards initiative.Are you ready to join a growing team that's making a real impact on our environment?
