THE ROLE
Service Agreement Support Officer The Service Agreement Support Officer provides administrative support and performs ongoing system operations relating to Service Agreement management.
The position also collaborates with stakeholders and contributes to the design, development and testing of business improvement and system enhancements that streamline and automate business processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.Where responsible for overseeing, monitoring or delivering projects, ensure they are delivered in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations and guidelines.Assist in providing advice to stakeholders and assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters.HOW TO APPLY All VPS employees (and ex-VPS employees with extended access to the Jobs and Skills Exchange website) MUST apply via the Jobs and Skills Exchange (JSE) portal.
