Killmore Plant Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Service Advisor/Workshop Controller to join our team in Kiama, NSW. This full-time role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our automotive workshop, providing key administrative and customer service support.What you'll be doingManage the flow of work and coordinate the activities of the workshop to optimise productivity and efficiencyAct as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and managing their expectationsPrepare job cards, allocate work to technicians, and monitor job progressLiaise with customers to discuss repair requirements, timelines and costsMaintain accurate records and documentation related to all workshop activitiesProvide administrative support to the workshop, including ordering parts, managing inventory, and invoicingContribute to the continuous improvement of workshop operations and customer serviceWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller in the automotive industryStrong customer service orientation and excellent communication skillsProficient in using workshop management software and other relevant IT systemsAbility to multitask, prioritise and work effectively under pressureStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with automotive repair and maintenance processesCommitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a safe work environmentSomebody who has their own AIS rego ticketWhat we offerAt Killmore Plant Services, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
