What the role entails: Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with dealership customers' as they return for vehicle servicing. Take bookings, prepare invoices and receive payments. Liaise with and/or order parts as required. Follow up on the progression of vehicle servicing with Service Department personnel. Upsell parts/labour to your service customers thus optimizing departmental profit. What we are looking for: Experience as an automotive service advisor within a dealership environment Warranty processing knowledge Enthusiasm, great customer service skills Accuracy, attention to detail, professionalism Effective communication & people skills If you enjoy working in a team environment, dealing with the public and can manage pressure, please apply.
