Service Advisor / Office Administration

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill a full-time position of Service Advisor / Office Administrator. As the first point of contact, you will manage our customer's needs to ensure their vehicle is repaired and delivered on time. Creating a memorable experience will be of high priority.
In this role, you will be a key member of our Service Department dealing directly with our customers and involved in the day-to-day facets of our workshop and service center. You will need to be proactive in your daily responsibilities and have the ability to work unsupervised whilst having full support from management.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting customers in our service department. Liaising with customers and service technicians. Processing paperwork and input of data into the dealership customer management system. Communicating with the customer throughout the day on the progress of their vehicle. Explaining the work that was completed on their car. Processing payments. Maintaining a very high level of customer service. Key attributes we are looking for:
An adaptable approach to work, as you will be required to switch from brand to brand on a regular basis. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. A history of delivering high standards of customer service. A fast learner. Motivated and hard-working with a positive approach. Reliable, professional, and customer-oriented. Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure. Sound computer skills. Friendly and helpful attitude. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Some mechanical knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential. Able to work - Monday to Friday 7:00am– 5:00pm.
