As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and service.
You will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining the high standards of Melville Volkswagen.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently.Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns and required repairs.Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers.Prepare accurate service estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.Maintain open and effective communication with customers throughout the service process.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Process warranty and insurance claims as necessary.Ensure all service documentation is accurate and complete.Promote additional services and products that may benefit the customer.You: Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred, not essential.Strong customer service and communication skills.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.Technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.A valid driver's license.Why Join Melville Volkswagen?
