Eagers Automotive is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Service Advisor to work at Wangara Kia & Suzuki!

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.

This includes the following:
Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service Up-selling additional service work Ensuring all customer requirements are met Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Delivery quality customer service The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge.
Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will ideally possess:
Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable Operate with a high level of Integrity Superb interpersonal skills We are looking for a passionate individual with exceptional customer service skills.
