Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Eagers Automotive is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Service Advisor to work at Wangara Kia & Suzuki!Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.This includes the following:Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles serviceUp-selling additional service workEnsuring all customer requirements are metBuild relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersDelivery quality customer serviceThe Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge.
