Eagers Automotive is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate Service Advisor to work at Wangara Kia & Suzuki! Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.
This includes the following: Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles serviceUp-selling additional service workEnsuring all customer requirements are metBuild relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersDelivery quality customer serviceThe Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge.
Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will ideally possess:
Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferableOperate with a high level of IntegritySuperb interpersonal skillsWe are looking for a passionate individual with exceptional customer service skills.
