About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Forrestfield head office team on a full time basis.
You will be responsible for acting as the primary contact (both face-to-face and over the phone) between TCWA and our customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the service counter to the workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service.
The Successful Applicant To be considered for this position, you will have worked in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. In addition to your experience, you will possess the following:
Mechanical aptitude Exceptional customer service skills Ability to work autonomously & in a team Strong interpersonal skills Strong time management skills The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders A results driven attitude Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to software programs The ability to work well within a team environment.
