The dealership wants to add a Service Advisor to its award-winning Mercedes-Benz Service Department to continue its success.
About the role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Working within Mercedes-Benz policies, guidelines and standards Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop. Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have. Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers. Be a team player, liaising with technicians and workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first; you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify what our customers want and need. About You: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a prestige brand Exceptional customer service skills; can consistently deliver 5-star service Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Sound organisational skills and time management Current VIC Driver's license Eagerness to learn and upskill What's in it for YOU?
