RGM Maintenance is looking to appoint a new Service Advisor within their Rockhampton Branch.
Our Branch is a fast-paced Daimler Trucks Dealership with Truck brands, Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso; however, we do not limit ourselves to only that work. RGM works on Defence Vehicles, Fuel tankers, and basically anything that comes through the door.
You will report to the Branch Manager while working closely with the Parts team and your Service team to ensure a steady flow of work from the booking in to the time of invoicing.
Previous experience is preferred, and further training will be provided for the right candidate. A mechanical background is essential.
This role requires: Strong mechanical background and a high customer service focus.Reliable and punctual.Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.High level communication skills both verbal and written.Good organisation and time management skills.Sound computer knowledge and familiar with Office software.Ability to perform to a high standard in a busy environment.The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Meeting customers on the day of their service.Being the main point of contact for customers throughout their service.Explaining service options and processes.Completing relevant paperwork.Communicating with colleagues regarding the scheduling of repair orders.Ordering parts where applicable.Preparing repair orders and invoices.Updating customer database as required.Our goal is to have you become an integral part of our expanding team with the opportunity to obtain dealership training.
