What's the opportunity? As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our service department, providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. Your role will involve:
Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally. Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues. Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance. Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner. Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders. Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
