Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the vehicle servicing process. You will work closely with our technicians and other team members to ensure customers are well-informed, their needs are met, and their vehicles receive top-notch service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, gather service requirements, and document issues and concerns.Communicate with customers regarding service options, costs, and timelines.Coordinate with technicians to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle and any required repairs.Review completed work and service invoices with customers, addressing any questions.Promote recommended maintenance and services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.Maintain accurate service records and customer information in the system.Uphold Vic Park City's commitment to outstanding customer service and satisfaction.About You Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role in the automotive industry is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of automotive systems and services is an advantage.Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to service and customer management.Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.Friendly, supportive team culture.Access to company benefits, including staff discounts and service perks.How to Apply: Ready to become a part of the Vic Park City family?
