With our custom-built, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative new concept, we are seeking like-minded partners and professionals to join us in promoting the BYD brand.Start your career with us today!Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the service department. This includes booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations. This role is not a standard Service Advisor role as it focuses on customer service.Duties will include the following:Assisting Service Manager with day-to-day operationsMaintaining positive customer and employee relationsAnswering customer enquiries regarding their vehicle serviceQuoting additional service workEnsuring all customer requirements are metBuilding relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersDelivering high-quality customer serviceThe Service Advisor role is strongly customer-focused with elements of sales and automotive knowledge.
