What You'll Do:As the face of our service department, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, technicians, and management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Liaison: Greet and interact with clients, understanding their needs, and setting clear expectations for service timelines.Coordination & Scheduling: Manage booking schedules to ensure smooth workflow for our technicians.Estimations & Invoicing: Provide accurate service estimates, follow up on approvals, and handle invoicing with transparency.Quality Control: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure clients are satisfied with the service, addressing any concerns proactively.Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain thorough records for all service jobs, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and complete.Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians, helping them prioritize tasks and manage their workload efficiently.What We're Looking For: Automotive Knowledge: Experience in the automotive industry is a must.
