Service Advisor

Newcastle Toyota is a family-owned and run business looking for a Service Advisor to expand our current team due to growth in our service department.
Experience in this role is important but not essential; we are looking for someone who is positive and proactive to join our team.
About the role Liaising between guests and the workshop Creating repair orders that accurately detail customers' service and repair requirements Professionally communicating with guests to update them on their vehicle's status Building rapport and developing ongoing guest relationships Accurately quoting and invoicing jobs Coordinating sub-contractor repairs and vehicle drop-off and pick-up times Attending to guest bookings and inquiries both online and via phone Upselling any extra required work in a timely manner Meeting and maintaining Newcastle Toyota and Toyota's KPIs Skills and experience A passion for customer service and drive to exceed customer expectations Excellent IT and organizational skills Well-presented and professional in communication Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to build rapport Main dealer experience in a similar role is very favorable Sales experience or customer complaints resolution experience is a benefit Motor mechanic qualification is very favorable for this role Benefits and perks Newcastle Toyota will offer a very competitive salary in line with experience, performance-based commission, ongoing in-house and factory training with Toyota.
