Service Advisor

Located in the beautiful south coast NSW, Country Motor Group is a family-owned and operated dealership.Due to our current growth, we require a Service Advisor to join our team at our newly built dealership.The RoleProcessing repair orders & invoices from end to end.Provide customer support to all service personnel.Develop and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships.Develop and maintain strong manufacturer relationships.Estimating costs, approvals, and time for work to be carried out.Keep up with WIP.Focusing on customer service and meeting CSI and NPS.Follow up with customers.Making service bookings and managing workflow in the workshop.About YouHighly motivated & able to work unsupervised.Strong attention to detail.Experience with service and parts.Superior customer service and communication skills.Professional presentation & phone manner.Technical / automotive knowledge - ideal.Exceptional time management & organization skills.Honest and reliable.This role is a Monday to Friday job.Great working environment and friendly team.
