Newcastle Toyota is a family-owned and run business looking for a Service Advisor to expand our current team due to growth in our service department.Experience in this role is important but not essential; we are looking for someone who is positive and proactive to join our team.About the roleLiaising between guests and the workshopCreating repair orders that accurately detail customers' service and repair requirementsProfessionally communicating with guests to update them on their vehicle's statusBuilding rapport and developing ongoing guest relationshipsAccurately quoting and invoicing jobsCoordinating sub-contractor repairs and vehicle drop-off and pick-up timesAttending to guest bookings and inquiries both online and via phoneUpselling any extra required work in a timely mannerMeeting and maintaining Newcastle Toyota and Toyota's KPIsSkills and experienceA passion for customer service and drive to exceed customer expectationsExcellent IT and organizational skillsWell-presented and professional in communicationAble to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to build rapportMain dealer experience in a similar role is very favorableSales experience or customer complaints resolution experience is a benefitMotor mechanic qualification is very favorable for this roleBenefits and perksNewcastle Toyota will offer a very competitive salary in line with experience, performance-based commission, ongoing in-house and factory training with Toyota.
