Service Advisor

Minimum Requirements:Extensive experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in a dealership environment.Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Professional presentation and courteous phone manner.Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Friendly, cooperative, and a strong team player.Keen attention to detail.Personable and comfortable engaging with customers on a daily basis.Strong problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service to service customers.Perform driveway service check-ins efficiently.Handle estimation and telephone inquiries and sales.Create and process repair orders.Generate accurate invoices and reports for service customers.Monitor service times to ensure timely completion of vehicles.Additional Information:Please note that applicants must be physically located in Australia and be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
