DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team based in Mildura.You'll provide administrative support to the branch and enjoy a variety of other tasks.This role could suit a diesel mechanic wanting to come off the tools and expand their career.
A passion and understanding for all things mechanical are essential.
Or it could be suitable to someone who has a great customer service career and wants to try a different industry – we can train you on industry specifics!This role serves as primary customer contact to promote quality customer service and increase business within the Mildura Branch.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Delivering first-class Customer ServiceWorking closely with our Service Technicians and Branch Service Management teamsInvoicing customer jobs in a timely manner to meet business KPIsBeing the first point of call for our customersDealing with customer queries and finding resolutionsMultitasking a variety of tasks and meeting deadlinesEnsuring the highest levels of safety are metDiagnosing customer complaints and develop troubleshooting planRESPONSIBILITIESTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutionsThe ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and experience in conflict resolutionHigh computer literacy and technical aptitude and system savvyMechanical trades qualified or automotive technician (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, Engine Recon, Mobile Plant) is preferredRelevant background as a service advisor within a similar industry is highly regardedAccounting/Financial experience is bonus!At Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
