Service Advisor

Northstar Automotive Group are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Service Team in a Full Time role.The successful candidate must have exceptional Customer Service skills, be well disciplined and organized with a can-do attitude.You must have the ability to work well in a team environment and have effective time management.Working in our Service Department, you'll be responsible for:Attending to counter, telephone and online enquiriesAttending to and following up customer quotesGeneral customer service and administration dutiesYou'll also possess the following:Customer service experience is highly desirableStrong prioritization and multitasking skillsStrong ability to follow clear structured processesGood communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build strong internal and external relationships
