About the role As Service Advisor you will:
Ensure high levels of guest service standards face-to-face and via phone are always maintained.Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure complete customer satisfaction.Manage Repair Orders and ensure all problems and repair needs are described and communicated to the Workshop correctly.Translate customer repair problems into standard repair terminology.Estimate repair cost and time needed for repair correctly and communicate back to customers in a timely fashion and keep customers well informed about the repairs, time frames etc.Obtain authorization from manufacturers regarding all warranty claims.Follow up with customer after delivery of RV to achieve positive feedback.Skills and Experiences We would love to hear from you if you have exceptional customer service.
Ideally you should possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
