A permanent full-time role within a well-established automotive dealership in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne for an automotive service advisor with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Greet customers and assess their service needsCommunicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehiclesProvide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairsFollow up with customers on the status of their vehiclesBuild strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfactionYour next employer has been in operations for over 20 years and has a close-knit, long-standing family-like team dedicated to support you.
They are a group of 4 dealerships in VIC including Jeep, RAM, Havel, and LDV.
You will need: Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency
