20th June, 2024 Patterson Cheney is expanding our truck division, and we now have an excellent opportunity at Patterson Cheney Isuzu Trucks in Keysborough for a highly motivated individual to join our Service Department team.
Patterson Cheney Isuzu Trucks, achieving 2023 Dealer of Excellence About the role: 
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between the customers and the workshop Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues Inform and consult on vehicle servicing, keeping the customer current at every stage and answering any questions or queries they may have. Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs Provide the best advice on our products and services to our customers. Be a team player, liaising with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensuring that vehicles will be ready on time. Be transparent and honest with the customer with estimated completion times and provide updates as required. Assisting Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns to people, building a genuine rapport, and identifying what our customers want and need.  The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in light or heavy vehicles  Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Sound organisational skills and time management Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff Ability to neutralise conflict Strong focus on CSI and positive customer experiences Current VIC Driver's license (truck licence is ideal)  On offer: Competitive salary + overtime + car allowance and commissions  Flexibility to start later in the morning and assist our afternoon team.
