Service Advisor

Hunter Mechanical in Karratha is seeking an experienced and motivated full time Service Advisor (7:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday) We are looking for a highly motivated applicant, who enjoys working in a team environment. Duties include: Coordination of customer bookings Management of emails and phone call enquiries Greeting customers Quoting customers Ordering required parts Processing of invoices for customers and suppliers General Administration including but not limited to: Filing Photocopying Scanning Calendar Management What are we looking for: Excellent time management and organisation skills Full and Valid Driver's License Previous experience as a Receptionist/Administrator/Service Advisor or Sales Representative  Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
