We are now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic motivated Service team.

Explain service options and process. Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs. Order parts where applicable. Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork. Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently. Effectively booking customers vehicle services in via email, phone or face-to-face. Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing. Our ideal candidate will possess the following: Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded. The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong computer and literacy skills. Hold a full Australian drivers license Full working rights in Australia Excellent telephone manner
