Service Advisor

We are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive, mining and industrial customer based in our Emerald branch. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Serve as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the Emerald branchDeal with technical queries from customers and develop positive relationshipsPlan jobs and create work orders, book in vehicles for service & check parts, administer invoices & accountsConsistently liaise with the customer to keep them updated with progressFollow procedures and document required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work completedLiaise with internal stakeholders – (mainly technicians and parts department) to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
