Position Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. You will be the bridge between our customers and our expert service technicians, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all.
Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and professionally. Listen to customer concerns and vehicle issues with empathy and attention to detail.Be able to show empathy and compassion as required  Schedule service appointments and coordinate vehicle repairs efficiently. Provide accurate estimates and explanations of necessary services and repairs. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and updates. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Ensure that the service department operates smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor in the automotive industry or Customer Service role in a high volume field . Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge  or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures. Proficient with computer software and service management systems. Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
