What you'll be doing Providing a high level of customer service and support to Volkswagen ownersProfessionally responding to customer inquiries, booking service appointments and managing the service scheduleInspecting vehicles, estimating repair costs and communicating these effectively to customersEnsuring all required paperwork and documentation is completed accuratelyLiaising with the service team to coordinate efficient vehicle repairs and maintenanceIdentifying and actioning any additional work or upsell opportunitiesContributing to the overall success and growth of the Volkswagen service departmentWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build excellent relationships with customersProficiency in computer systems and automotive diagnostic softwareA thorough understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processesA keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureA professional, courteous and helpful attitude at all timesA current driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicle makes and modelsWhat we offer At Alto Group, we are committed to providing our employees with an exceptional working environment and rewarding career opportunities.
