Service Advisor

Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include:Service Advisor in the day to day running of the service department.Greeting customers and understanding their service needsConducting vehicle inspections and providing accurate cost estimatesExplaining recommended services and repairs to customersScheduling appointments and managing service timelinesKeeping customers informed about the status of their vehiclesHandling customer inquiries and concerns with professionalismRequirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:Titan DMS experience (not essential)Previous experience in automotive service advisingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of vehicle systems and maintenanceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficient computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
