You play a pivotal role helping our guests get their vehicles serviced and resolving any issues they may be having with their vehicles, so this is a role for people who are passionate about great customer service. Real career progression opportunities, with a company that takes promoting and developing our people very seriously Working in an environment where everyone cares and fun is a priority As a Service Advisor, your role will include: Meeting and greeting guests promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced Ensuring you create a great guest experience Checking guests out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle Helping guests with any service or warranty issues Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on any issues a guest raises in relation to their vehicle To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership will be highly regarded Previous experience in a Dealership or automotive environment Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone Must like helping solving problems and helping customers Accuracy and a high attention to detail Current manual driver's licence About Motorama: Established in 1960 the Motorama Group has over 600 staff!
