Your role as a Sunco Motors Service Advisor will be to act as the channel between our Customers and our Service department.
This is a full-time Customer Service opportunity, located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for the right staff, with the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities of the Role
Actively listening to our Customers - Gathering and providing clear information for the Technicians Quoting Customers on vehicle services and repairs Proactively communicate to Customers and not "wait until they call" Upselling beneficial products and services based on the Customer's needs Daily Administration tasks including processing repair orders, invoices, payments and actioning warranty claims Nurture our existing, loyal Customer Base and develop new Customer relationships through an "Industry Best' Customer experience About You
Administration experience or excellent computer skills are essential Comfortable with the uncomfortable conversations Understands Targets, KPI's and industry measures Knows how to connect with people and appreciates what a "Quality Customer Service Experience" truly means Well-presented Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Solution focused with excellent time management skills Complaint management skills Follows a proactive, not reactive approach Organised with the ability to multi-task A problem solver who is able to prioritise Experience in Dealerships preferred but not essential DMS experience beneficial The Benefits
