Ross Gray Motor City has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our multi franchise dealership located in Bundaberg.Primary responsibilities will include: Greet service customers as they arrive at the service department to have their vehicles serviced or repaired.Support and learn from current service advisors as they work to maximize customer satisfaction and manage the process of servicing and repairing customers' cars as quickly and efficiently as possible.Book customers in for service or repairs via email, phone, or in person.Answer incoming phone calls and learn the appropriate way to handle each type of enquiry.Make outbound calls to customers for various reasons including updating them on the progress of their vehicles' service or repairs.Learn the day-to-day operations of a service department and workshop.Support with pricing, quoting, and invoicing of customer service and repair jobs.Support keeping the service reception tidy, clear of obstructions, and to help ensure it's a safe work environment.Learn the warranty and maintenance schedules of Mazda, Mitsubishi, MG, Holden, and GMSV so that service enquiries can be handled most effectively.Skills and experience required: Previous mechanical or service department experience is beneficial.Excellent face-to-face communication and customer service capability.Excellent phone manner and written communication skills.Hold a valid manual driver's license.Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.Ability to work well in a team and add to a great working culture.Reliable and self-motivated working within OH&S guidelines.We are looking for someone who will enjoy the position, with a smile on their face, and add to the positive and enjoyable work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
