The Role Reporting Directly to our Service Manager, we are seeking a Service Advisor to act as the vital link between our valued customers and our expert technical team.
Responsibilities Meet and Greet: Welcome all customers upon their arrival.Phone Enquiries: Handle phone enquiries and bookings.Invoice Management: Cost repair invoices for retail, fleet, warranty, and internal accounts.Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle.Authorisation: Seek approval from fleet companies for repairs and services.Workshop Coordination: Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to allocate work to workshop staff.Customer Consultation: Provide in-depth information and alternatives for vehicle repairs and maintenance.Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups.Workflow Oversight: Manage and supervise the service department's workflow.Customer Follow-up: Notify customers about service changes and vehicle readiness.Relationship Building: Maintain positive customer relations to secure repeat business.Skills & Experience Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with customers.Strong Work Ethic & Positive Attitude: A commitment to excellence and a proactive mindset.Current Driver's License: Mandatory for the role.Industry Acumen: Prior experience in the motor industry is a significant advantage.Organisational Skills: Proficiency in multitasking without compromising on quality.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with industry-specific software and Office365 is essential.Don't miss this unparalleled opportunity to elevate your career as a Service Advisor.
