So what's the role about? The Service Advisor role is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) working in a central location, a minute's walk from the CBD.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Working within the dealership policies, guidelines and standards Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any concerns Actively monitoring the process of guests' vehicles throughout the service department and providing them updates on the progress Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders Generating quotes and advising guests of any additional work that needs to be attended to Ensuring the guests' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience General service administration as required So who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Well presented Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Sound organisational skills and time management Dedication to providing the best experience to both internal & external guests Ability to provide honest feedback to guests Strong focus on both guest satisfaction & retention Sound computer skills Current C Class Drivers Licence We in return offer successful applicants:
