So what's the role about? The Service Advisor role is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) working in a central location, a minute's walk from the CBD.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Working within the dealership policies, guidelines and standardsScheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any concernsActively monitoring the process of guests' vehicles throughout the service department and providing them updates on the progressPreparing invoices and closing allocated repair ordersGenerating quotes and advising guests of any additional work that needs to be attended toEnsuring the guests' expectations are exceeded throughout the experienceGeneral service administration as requiredSo who are we looking for? The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
