The Role: CTS People is currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of Bunbury Trucks Sales and Service. This pivotal role bridges our clients' customers with their expert technical team, ensuring a seamless service experience. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Responsibilities: Customer First Contact: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients. Effective Communication: Handle phone enquiries, bookings, and keep customers updated on their vehicle's progress. Invoice Accuracy: Prepare and cost repair invoices for various accounts including retail, fleet, warranty, and internal. Approval Processes: Obtain necessary repair and service authorisations from fleet companies. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with the Workshop Controller to assign tasks to the technical team efficiently. Expert Advice: Offer detailed consultations on vehicle repairs and maintenance options. Appointment Coordination : Manage the scheduling of service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pickups. Workflow Management: Oversee the service departments operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Building Relationships: Maintain and enhance customer relationships to encourage repeat and loyal business. Who We Are Looking For: Strong Communicator: Exceptional communication skills are essential. Positive and Proactive : We value a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive approach. Automotive Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry, especially in a dealership environment, will be highly regarded. Organisational Talent: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with industry-specific software and Office 365.
