You play a pivotal role helping our guests get their vehicles serviced and resolving any issues they may be having with their vehicles, so this is a role for people who are passionate about great customer service.What's on offer:Expected earnings - $70 - $100K!Work with an award winning dealership!Work a 9 day fortnight!Attractive remuneration package, including commissions/bonusesGreat employee benefits and employee discounts on vehicles, parts and servicing.Real career progression opportunities, with a company that takes promoting and developing our people very seriously.Working in an environment where everyone cares and fun is a priority.As a Service Advisor, your role will include:Meeting and greeting guests promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced.Ensuring you create a great guest experience.Checking guests out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle.Helping guests with any service or warranty issues.Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on any issues a guest raises in relation to their vehicle.To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes:Toyota Tune experience highly regarded.Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership will be highly regarded.Previous experience in a Dealership or automotive environment.Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone.Must like helping solve problems and helping customers.Accuracy and a high attention to detail.Current manual driver's licence.About us!Motorama believes that our current success and our future strength and growth all comes from our people.
