Essential Skills Ability to consistently provide an exceptional Guest Experience that exceeds our Guests expectations, and provides an "Oh What a Feeling" Awareness and ability to work efficiently Strong time management & organisational skills Ability to support and work with other team members and departments Reliability is very important to our Guests and the dealership Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner High level of professionalism and personal presentation Ability to consistently follow dealership process and procedures Exceptional communication skills, verbal both face to face and phone, email and texting History of achieving and exceeding monthly KPI's and targets Basic automotive mechanical knowledge Good level of computer literacy A minimum of 2 years Service Advisor experience within a volume brand Pentana/ERA DMS experience highly regarded Toyota experience highly regarded Position Description Providing at all times an exceptional experience to deliver our Guests an "Oh What A Feeling" when engaging with our dealership and the Toyota Brand Professional handling of Guest service and warranty repair enquiries and bookings, with quoting of Toyota Service Advantage Pricing Following department procedures, including driveway service reception, repair order creation & closing off, job costing, recommending and quoting repair work, obtaining Guest approval, vehicle handover Estimating cost and time required to complete service work Liaison with the Night Foreman to ensure all repair work is carried out on time Maintaining high level of presentation of the service reception and Guest Facilities Occasional travel required for product launch & training events Keeping Guest relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity Work Times Monday to Friday, 2.30pm – 12.36am Other Information Shift loading applies to this afternoon shift Ongoing support, training, professional and personal development opportunities will be provided to ensure that you are successful in your position Being part of Eagers Automotive, opportunity for career advancement and promotion exist for high-calibre employees Onsite employee parking Close to Woolloongabba public transport terminals A detailed position description, work conditions and future opportunities along with our competitive remuneration package including generous commission structure will be discussed at the interview
