This is the opportunity you have been searching for!Car Allowance and uniforms are also provided, and they are a very employee and guest-focused business.In return, we will offer you:Market leading salary package for the right candidate, depending on your experience: $50,000 - $60,000 base (negotiable for the right candidate) plus super plus car allowance plus commissions: $100,000 - $120,000 OTEA great career path within the organisationEmployee discounts on vehicle purchasingAn Equal Opportunities WorkplaceOngoing training and a great team environmentGenuine five-day week with no Saturday tradingThis exciting role involves:Face-to-face contact with service guests as they drop off and pick up their vehiclesTaking enquiries and making service bookings from a range of guestsMaintain regular contact with our servicing guests to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is requiredLiaising with the workshop staff to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our service guests as promisedWorking with manufacturer's warranty guidelines to submit and process claimsOur ideal candidate will demonstrate:Excellent phone mannerThe motivation to succeed and meet sales targetsThe ability to be the main point of contact for customers and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service throughout their service, be it in person or on the phoneCommunication/internal coordination with your colleagues with scheduling repair orders, etc.Promoting parts and accessories as appropriateCompetent computer skills, preparing repair orders, invoices, ordering parts and relevant paperwork when requiredMust have a current driver's licenceExceptional time management and organisational skillsStrong work ethic and impeccable personal presentationWork well in a team environmentConscientious and motivated attitude, with an eye for detailYou must have full working rights (Please do not apply if you are not in Australia and do not have a valid Visa with full working rights.)Experienced Service Advisors desirable but not essential.If you believe that you possess the skills and can prove you have the attributes we are looking for, APPLY NOW.Email your application to ****** applications are treated in strict confidence.
