Service Advisor

Details of the offer

Maitland, Newcastle, Maitland & Hunter NSW
Full time
At Eagers Automotive , we are working towards our vision of being Australia's most admired Automotive Group. With a legacy spanning over a century of rich company history and a workforce of over 8,000 employees spread across Australia and NZ, there are endless options for progressing your career. We are more than just automotive retailing; we are a multi-faceted cohort of great people doing great things. Do you have what it takes to be our next Service Advisor ?
As our point of contact, you will need the ability to genuinely connect with customers and help them with their requests, whether they are with you in person or on the phone.
This is a high-paced environment where you will be dealing with all kinds of people, but it is also very rewarding. As the go-between from our customer to our Sales, Service, and Repair Departments, it will be your job to ensure the technicians understand our customers' needs, and that the recommended solutions are fully understood by the customers.
Your day will consist of greeting customers, determining their needs and charges, briefing the relevant department, establishing timelines, tracking progress, and keeping customers updated.
To do this, you'll need to be highly organized, have up-to-date knowledge of all our services, and possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). Working well within a team environment is essential, as is a current NSW driver's licence and knowledge of our ERA and Pentana computer systems, as well as the Microsoft suite of programs.
If you love the satisfaction of a job well done, and the way a customer smiles when you exceed their expectations, then please apply. We really want to find out more about you.
Why we'd be great together: With over 300 dealerships across the country, we are Australia's largest automotive network. Our success is driven by our people, and we've all put in the hard work to make Eagers Automotive a great place to work. Here, everyone matters. Our people come from diverse backgrounds with a variety of skills, talents, and dreams. Our shared vision and strong work ethic make us a well-oiled machine.
When you join us, you'll be treated with courtesy and respect, and you'll be challenged to use your skills, knowledge, experience, and initiative to drive our business ahead. We will do all we can to help you get ahead too, making your role interesting and rewarding with a range of benefits, professional training, and development opportunities. Positions are awarded on merit, making this the perfect place to grow your career in the auto industry.
If you like what you hear, apply now by completing the application form.
