Key responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers about service/repairs required on their vehicle Liaising with the mechanics about further required repairs Updating customer database as required and completing all relevant paperwork Ordering parts Preparing job cards in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing Effectively booking customers/vehicles services/repairs in via email, phone or face to face.
