Service Advisor

GeorgeDay Caravans & Motorhomes, one of the largest award-winning motorhome and caravan dealerships in Australia, is located in Maddington. Our Mega Service Centre in Maddington is expanding, and we are excited to seek an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
About the Role As a Service Advisor, you will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and organisation of service work. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Maddington.
Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Handle warranty/service enquiries via telephone and email Coordinate service bookings and follow up with manufacturers or our in-house workshop Prepare for customer arrivals by ensuring claims are pre-approved, parts are sourced, and paperwork is ready Liaise with external repairers to process warranty claims Solve problems proactively and prioritize competing demands Skills and Experience Outstanding computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel Outgoing and customer-focused personality Strong communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders High level of organisation Previous experience in an RV dealership or the caravan industry is highly regarded In Return, We Offer: Access to product trials free of charge Ongoing support and training A fun and supportive company culture If you want to be proud of what you do, be associated with renowned and iconic RV brands, be part of a business with a strong brand and proven track record, and be exposed to real future and development opportunities, then "apply now".
