You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure sustained focus on service & delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities Completing service advisor duties to continue the growth we are currently experiencing Managing service warranties Working closely with the manufacturers' expectations and requirements Measuring, monitoring and improving various service KPIs Driving upselling and identifying new opportunities for growth Working closely with the Service Advisor team and Workshop Foreman to ensure great service and sales Managing incoming work and maximising efficiency, productivity & charging efficiency Stepping in and resolving customer concerns if they are escalated to your level Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure the right service is provided to our loyal customers Cross skilling in all service advisor tasks, including: phone duties, warranty work, delivery coordination, dealer management system utilisation, workshop communication In return we will provide you with: Remuneration and benefits, including an attractive salary, will be commensurate with experience Bonus structure in place with set KPI's A permanent full-time position with the financial security of a substantial, well-established Company 5 day working week – Monday to Friday Company Vehicle Ongoing professional development internally and with our IT & Mitsubishi partners A collaborative team environment that values excellence and is committed to customer care Access to dealership discounts including New and Used vehicles, Servicing, Parts, Insurances and Finance Apply now Ensure that you update your resume.
