Audi Centre Brisbane is seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to support customers with their Aftersales needs. This is the front-line role in a busy team dedicated to delivering outstanding levels of customer service. It is a great opportunity for somebody looking to step up and join one of the best luxury brands in Australia.
In this role you will: Report to the Service ManagerBe the main point of contact for customers throughout their serviceWelcome customers into the service department on the day of their serviceExplain service options and processesComplete relevant paperworkCommunicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairsOrder parts where applicablePrepare repair orders and invoicesUpdate customer database as required The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 1-year previous experience in a service advisor positionExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong IT skills and the ability work with multiple programsERAPower, ERAnet experience preferredConfidence dealing with all customer typesThe ability to work and support a busy, hardworking teamThe ability to prioritise and seek assistance where necessaryA current, valid driver's licence More about Audi Centre Brisbane:  Audi Centre Brisbane is owned by Autosports Group which is a large listed retail automotive group representing the world's greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. What does that mean for you?
