We are a newly established business based at Bundaberg which works closely with our sister company Western Truck Group, to also support Volvo, Mack & UD truck owners.Benefits and perksPrime Truck Group offer:Attractive remuneration and benefitsFlexible Work ArrangementsA commitment to internal and external trainingFriendly and Collaborative CultureInvestment in Your GrowthInter-Dealership Work FlexibilityAbout the rolesYou will be responsible for:Prioritising the safety of PTG's people, customers, and assetsMeet and greet customersAccurately and completely generate work ordersGather any additional information that will assist with the repair orderAssist with workflow planningEnsure customer accounts and payment methodEnsure all work is authorised by customerCost the job, ensuring that all charges are correct to the mutual benefit of the customer and the companyRegular communication with customers on the progress of jobsPresent job/Invoice to customer and daily invoiced of workshop repair ordersEnsuring Database entry and accuracyInbound and Outbound calls for the Service DepartmentParts InterpretersYou will be responsible for:Prioritising the safety of PTG's people, customers, and assets.Managing both inbound and outbound sales for the Parts Department.Efficiently processing customer quotes, orders, payments, invoices, and credits.Uphold and enhance guest service levels by consistently providing courteous and first-class service to visitors and drivers at the dealership.Providing technical assistance and general support to the Service Department.Undertaking various parts warehousing tasks, including sorting, ordering, and stocktaking.Ensuring accurate and comprehensive database entry.Maintaining the efficiency of warehouse operations and overall flow.Adhering to relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements.Undertaking any additional duties or responsibilities directed by the Fixed Operations Manager or their nominated representative, contributing to the enhancement of Parts Services supply and Customer Relations.Skills and experienceValued Skills and prior experience include:Previous experience in a service industry, warranty or partsPrevious Dealership experience would be preferred but not essentialA high degree of dependability, reliability and dedication to customer serviceGood over-the-counter and phone mannerExcellent work ethic, gaining enjoyment from practical and manual activitiesStrong focus on safety and security of all personnel, equipment and environmentCurrent Australian Drivers LicenceAll applications will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.Join us and be a part of shaping the future of the heavy vehicle industry!We would like to thank all applicants in advance; however, we wish to advise that only successful applicants will be contacted for an interview.#J-18808-Ljbffr
