Service Advisor
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing service bookings, and coordinating the flow of work in a busy workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by managing service bookings and addressing client inquiries.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain accurate customer records and job progress using workshop software.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workshop operations and timely completion of services.
Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Requirements:
Valid Driver's Licence.
Steel-capped boots.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable but not essential:
Experience with workshop software.
Background in the automotive industry or knowledge of automotive terminology.
Mechanic (Fully Qualified in Light Vehicle Mechanical)
We are also seeking a Fully Qualified Mechanic to join our workshop team.
This role is ideal for a skilled mechanic looking to contribute their expertise while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance on light vehicles.
Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend solutions to customers.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting both safety and customer expectations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workshop operations.
Maintain accurate job records
Key Requirements:
Fully qualified in Light Vehicle Mechanical (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology).
Valid Driver's Licence.
Steel-capped boots.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Desirable but not essential:
Previous experience in a workshop.
Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting automotive systems.
